Mother's Day Bracelet

The center piece of this bracelet is a tagua nut, smoothed to perfection! The etching is done by computer with a laser - truly an amazing process, and so detailed. The beads are Czech glass and porcelain, with a lobster clasp. Consigned by a mother for her daughter who was [almost] born on Mother's Day.

Green Apple Martini Necklace

Green Apple Martini
This piece was made for a beading challenge. The only rule was to use the focal piece, the bronze filigree at the center of this necklace, and to keep it a secret until the judging was final. Although this necklace did not win the challenge, I had a great time working and reworking the final design.
Materials: Copper and bronze seed and cylinder beads, bronze metal chain and toggle clasp, green apple howlite nuggets, Amethyst Swarovski crystals.
Price: $55

Jewelry for the Bride

These pieces were created for an April 2009 wedding.

The Bride's piece is a 5-strand, freshwater pearl and seed bead, convertible bracelet. The brooch was provided by the bride. This piece was designed to give the bride the option to wear with the brooch for her special day, and also without the brooch for a truly unique and bracelet later on.

Starfish Bracelet

This bracelet with Mother-of-Pearl center disc has been laser etched with a whimsical starfish. Six strands of irridescent topaz seed beads is closed with a magnetic slide tube clasp. Very secure, lightweight and so comfortable to wear.
